You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Service may integrate with Google services such as Gmail using OAuth. By enabling this integration, you authorize us to access Google data only as required to provide the Service features you choose.
The Service connects to third-party messaging platforms — including WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Zoho Mail and SMS providers — on your organisation's behalf. Your use of those channels remains subject to the terms of the platform concerned, and you are responsible for holding the accounts and permissions you connect.
You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership over any content accessed or processed on your behalf.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jackdesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
